on Tuesday 20th December FCGAGA made it's thirteenth consecutive Christmas visit to Acorn Children's Ward at Whipps Cross Hospital to deliver presents. In attendance were staff from Haslers Foundation, Jon, Joanna, Rhonda and Nancy who kindly donated loads of presents to the appeal which was much appreciated. Yet again the response this time from various partners in donating toys was immense and gratefully received by the sick children on Acorn Ward. A big thank you to all the staff on Acorn Children's Ward who always make us feel very welcome every time we visit. The visit was a very emotional one as there were so many sick children who were unable to come to the play room for the traditional photo. Prior to leaving Acorn Childrens Ward I met some footballers from Leyton Orient FC who were visiting the chilren and I had a photo taken with them. A big personal thank you to Haslers Foundation for all their support throughout the years, Josh and Dafne from the Leytonstone Salvation Army and Doreen Golding ( Pearly queen of Old Kent Rd and Bow Bells).
