Frank Charles.
On Thursday 12th October 2017 I had my quarterly check up at St Bart's Hospital for my stage four cancer (Non Hodgkin Lymphoma) and cancer of the bone marrow the oncologist informs me that the cancer is stable which is very good news. So thank you to everyone for the kind messages of support throughout the years for this has helped so much and is very much appreciated.
Frank Charles.

Doreen Golding Pearly Queen of Bow Bells and Old Kent Road has been given a British Empire Medal for all her charity work over many years. Doreen who lives in Wanstead regularly contributes to FCGAGA at Christmas time and is a very good friend so naturally I'm delighted for her, she will receive the BEM at the Tower of London on 17th November 2017.
A big thank you to SpaceKraft who kindly waived the fee to a recent order after I realised that the items were sold separately, true to their word the item turned up as agreed your kindness was very much appreciated by all at FCGAGA.
FCGAGA were only too pleased to grant Rosie Diplock a request for a light table and coloured shapes Rosie has Down's Syndrome and was born with a congenital heart condition which required major surgery at St Thomas' Hospital earlier this year when she was three months old. Hello my name is Frank Charles and I am 52 years of age , I am retired from full time work due to having stage four blood cancer and cancer of the bone marrow. After completing the last two items on my bucket list in 2015 all that remains is for FCGAGA to be very active in the community helping where we can bringing a little joy and comfort to those in need. |
