I will be on London Live television tomorrow at 09 - 20am and will be talking about the last two things on my bucket list which includes my bike ride from Lands End to John O'Groats raising money for Cancer Research and the Frank Charles Give A Gift Appeal all proceeds will be divided equally between the two causes. I do hope you can catch this if not maybe record it for later my bike training is going ok and I can't wait to get going.
