So far my training has been going quite well, I am up to 30 miles in distance and hope to reach my target of 40 miles very soon .

Hello my name is Frank Charles and I am 52 years of age , I am retired from full time work due to having stage four blood cancer and cancer of the bone marrow. After completing the last two items on my bucket list in 2015 all that remains is for FCGAGA to be very active in the community helping where we can bringing a little joy and comfort to those in need. |
