The Wanstead community donated many Christmas presents to our toy appeal , Wanstead Pharmacy kindly took in the presents and stored them until it was time for me to collect them , Many thanks to everyone who donated to the cause.

Haslers Accountants/ Foundation , Loughton donated toys to FCGAGA which will go to families who we support across East London.
James from Tin In a Bin, Wanstead donated toys, and food to FCGAGA which will help so many families this Christmas who we support.
We went to The Entertainer in Ilford this year as the manager Jackie was working there on that day and she knows the charity very well. As usual the staff were super and could not do enough for us, in the end many presents were bought for FCGAGA 19th year bringing Christmas presents to sick children on Acorn Ward, Whipps Cross Hospital. Staff from The Entertainer shop, Ilford with presents bought by FCGAGA.
On Monday 28th November 2022 Jon and Charlotte from Haslers Accountants, Loughton came to Stratford to help me with my clothes bank which is held on a Monday and Friday morning between 09-30am to 11-00am. Jon and Charlotte had already donated socks, pants, gloves, deodorants from Haslers Foundation and were only too pleased to help out and also deliver food to vulnerable customers living on the Carpenters estate.
A quiz night was arranged by Elsa Arnold at the Leytonstone Tavern E11, Elsa has been doing various quiz nights to raise funds for various charities throughout the year. A great night was had by all and the winners were Wanstead Warriors.
FCGAGA took refugees from Ukraine who are living in East London on a day trip to Broadstairs seaside in Kent, we had lovely weather and a fun time was had by all . Thank you Haslers Foundation for paying for the coach trip on behalf of FCGAGA and everyone who attended.
On Monday 22nd August 2022 FCGAGA arranged for children to attend Aldersbrook Riding School which was kindly allowed by Steve who did not charge for the hour that we spent there. The families got to meet most of the horses , groom them and at the end each child and parent had a slow trot around on a horse before leaving.
On Tuesday 9th August 2022 it was my pleasure to meet kai on the grounds of Haven House who was born with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, scoliosis and microcephaly I was informed that Kai enjoyed sensory lights when he attends Haven House for respite. FCGAGA were only too pleased to buy the sensory lights for Kai so that he can have them at home to enjoy when he wants to. I brought along my London 2012 Olympic Torch for Kai to hold as he is one amazing person.
On Wednesday 29th June Haslers held their regular quiz night at Chigwell Hall , High Rd, Chigwell Essex it was a great night as always and FCGAGA were presented with a cheque for £695 for our annual community Summer day trip to the seaside.
